The Genesis Aquatic Centre offers outstanding opportunities for schools, organisations and clubs.

This modern centre is situated within the Genesis Christian College campus in the heart of the Pine Rivers Area. The College has been a school of distinction in the Moreton Bay Region for more than 20 years. Built in 2012, the Aquatic Centre is available for regular or special-event hire.

Swimming Lessons

Genesis Aquatic Centre offers comprehensive Learn to Swim lessons for both boys and girls, from beginners through to the entry level squad – Skills squad.

All lessons are conducted in a group setting to allow children the opportunity to develop and learn through their peers. Lessons are available, Monday to Friday, before, during and after school along with Saturday mornings. Private lessons are not encouraged but are considered on a case-by-case basis.

One of the real advantages of the Learn to Swim program is the transition to swim through to the Genesis Aquatic Centre Squad Program, skills have been designed specifically to prepare and progress the swimmer through to the squad level.

The key focus for all swimmers in the Genesis Aquatic Centre Learn to Swim program is not to swim as far as you can, but to swim as technically well as possible, enabling a faster progression through the program, establishing strong technical skills which can then be extended and developed at a competitive level within the Genesis Aquatic Centre Squad program.
